The scope of this position is responsible for maintaining a positive interaction with our guests in a friendly, hospitable and caring manner according to the Hapimag Resorts & Residences procedures and standards. At all times, it displays a professional and positive image of the property and plays a crucial role in the first and last impression of our guests.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Guest Relations Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and oral German language skills. English is a plus.
- Guest satisfaction oriented and able to solve problems with a pro-active approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
- Able to maintain strong relationships with guests and team members.
- Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
