Responsible for implementation of menus and specialty dishes for Italian Cuisine and provide permanent control of food technology, maintaining standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation and decoration.
- Only Italian citizien’s applications will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of 5 stars hotel or restaurant experience as “Chef de Partie” or position is preferred.
- A solid background about the Italian Kitchen.
- Certification in Sanitation and Public Health procedures.
- Responsible for menu planning , quality control of raw materials.
- Creating visual presentations for the food.
- Responsible for creation and implementation of outlet menü.
- English communication skills.
