The scope of this position is, responsible for achieving the objectives of the outlets by maintaining a smooth and guest satisfaction oriented service.Exceeding guest expectations in accordance with Hapimag Sea Garden Resort policies and standards. Assisting the Service Manager in performing his duties and replace him in absence. To supervise the outlet employees and assist them whenever necessary.
- 5 star international chain hotel experience is a must
- A solid and strong background of Food & Beverage service
- Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset
- Willing to grow within the company
- Ability to use initiative and solve problems
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests,management and employees
- Able to motivate his team
- Able to train and develop his/her team
- Good command of English, German language is a plus.
- Computer literacy, MS Office applications.
