Access Transport Operations Manager

We are seeking a Access Transport Operations Manager with the will and ambition to work in RAN NOC Senior Management Function, reporting RAN NOC Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Realizing configuration management in the direction of main topics which are below mentioned for Huawei PTN equipment’s that is in the VFTR responsibility area.
• Ensuring all preparations of PTN equipment within the rollout process and providing suitable procedures while taking them to the live network.
• Making software updates for available PTN equipment.
• Making database preparations and implementing to network for requested cut-over/rehome processes. (NodeB, RTN transformation, high level (STM 1,4,16,64) transformations)
• Configuring services: Add/Del CES Services (2G), ETH and ATM Services (3G) and PTN to PTN descriptions.
• Making capacity expantion/ reduction in line with the requirements (card addition etc.)
• LMSP & APS configuration and testing.
• Making all requested works suitable to change management work flow and maximo regarding minimum customer effect.
• Ensuring required announcements and notifications on time.

• Minimum 10 years IP transport experience
• Vender and Operator company experience
• Good communication skills
• Graduate from Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering or Technical High Schools
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task
• MS office applications
• Supply high concentration and attention.
• To have intermediate or advance level of English.
