Accounting and Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced F&A Manager to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions, also closely work with headquarter global financial department to prepare reports, forecasts, budgets and risk analysis that is to support the decision making of management to ensure business growth and long-term success. 

Job Description

- Enters transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records. Follows established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.    - Cash management and treasury duties. Responsible for all day-to-day operations including data entry, client invoicing and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly review report to HQ management level.
- Prepare budget/forecast on a yearly basis and on demand.
- Manage preparation of annual statutory accounts, year-end closing and various statutory tax requirements, experienced in CIT, VAT calculation.
- Liaise with external professionals and government bodies on audit, tax, secretarial and other issues to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for the Company and the Group.
- Task driven and detail oriented to actively drive and perform in daily accounting activities and other relevant financial project. - Familiar with IFRS and Turkey local GAAP regulation
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as may arise

-Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, with previous financial control and management reporting experience. ,
-5 or more years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years management role in CPAs or manufacture companies. -Good knowledge of general accounting principles, budgeting/forecasting and auditing, and Turkish tax regulations
-Able to manage multiple tasks within limited timeline, prioritize with strong organization and time management skills Able to interface and communicate with all levels of management, internal and external clients
-Fluent in English, Chinese will be a plus
-ERP system exercises experience required, SAP is a plus.
