ArGe Uzmanı

We are looking for an R&D Specialist to work at our head office, located in Kasımpaşa, İstanbul.

Our company was established in 1953 and manufactures personal care, baby products and cleaning products at its 30.000 m2 production facilities in Istanbul Industrial and Commercial Free Zone / Tuzla.

• University degree and preferably from Chemistry or Chemical Engineering departments,

• At least 5 years experience in the cosmetics sector, especially with documentation experience is an asset,

• Experienced in issues such as governmental R&D support, and TUBITAK projects,

• Very good command of English both written and oral,

• Good command of MS Office applications,

• Has analytical skills,

• Has a positive attitude, team-oriented, successful in human relations,

• Knowledge and experience in reporting,

• Preferably non-smoking,

• Male candidates should complete military service

Our headquarter is 100 m ahead of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel and it is on the highway that goes beyond Kasımpaşa from Okmeydanı.

Working Hours: 08:30 am - 18:30 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday

• To participate in the work specified in the AR-GE project plan,

• To carry out production trials in a laboratory environment,

• To pre-check the prepared sample,

• To perform the performance tests of the produced samples,

• To record all the work done in the relevant project file,

• To prepare the product tree, to give the product and production information to be applied to the relevant departments, and to calculate product costing,

• Preparing Process and Semi-Finished Product Control Plans by specifying the checks and controls to be performed during production,

• To prepare and update production documents,

• To prepare product technical documents,

• Prepare Material and Product Control Plans,

• Coordinate with suppliers and deliver project reports.
