İş Tanımı
Sales Executive will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
- Initiating and coordinating all aspects of banquet or event, including decor, music, set-up, menu selection and preparation,
- Coordination of function of food&beverage requirements including accurate counts and minimal product waste,
- Maintaining direct communication with host during the functions, follow up on all special requests, conduct exit interview,
- Coordinate with other departments involved with event functions,
- Maintain the quality of appearance of event facility,
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional,
- Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs,
- Prepare contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions,
- Attend Sales events, as required,
- Answer guest queries in a prompt and professional manner,
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Manager and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads,
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Aranan Nitelikler
- Have University degree in related fields.
- Have a class B driver's license.
- Knowledge of the hotel management systems.
- Experience in Banquet Sales in an international five star hotel chain.
- Able to communicate with all levels of employees
- Have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- High level of IT skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of guest service.
