Responsible for elements of consumer marketing, strategic business management and brand administration, market analysis and brand strategy,
Works with innovation on product development, pricing, advertising, customer business development, consumer and trade promotion, distribution, merchandising, demand planning, supply, financial analysis and budget management,
Identifies and analyzes product performance information, anticipates problems and adjusts strategies and develops contingency plans to ensure category success,
Develops and maintains monthly update reports on sales, marketing budgets and profitability and provides detailed input to be used by senior management for strategic planning,
Drives consumer behavior at the retail level and throughout the organization by developing targeted marketing strategies with supporting merchandising, promotion and pricing to ensure achievement of sales and profit targets,
Directs the efforts of and manages relationships with external partners,
Develops, forecasts and controls budgets and ongoing budget levels. Drives brand sales and profitability growth through target product selection (forecasts and inventory) using detailed analysis of business elements such as pricing, customer base, competition and market research,
Provides strategic direction based on the corporate business plan and ensures alignment of category strategy with the corporate plan,
Works with innovation group on new product development,
Develops project teams and outlines critical paths, details, timelines and deliverables,
Accountable for managing and tracking the roll-out of multiple marketing projects and ensuring their successful completion by monitoring the overall status of projects including costs, timing and staffing,

Aranan Nitelikler

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred,
Previous Work Experience; min. 4 years work experience with 3 years minimum of brand marketing experience,
Demonstrated success in developing effective campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix,
Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects/leading the business,
Able to work in a matrix organization driving collaboration across businesses and functions,
Solid organizational and team leadership skills; able to establish priorities and clear deliverables and strong ability to multi-task,
Strong negotiation skills; understand and uses informal networks to accomplish tasks,
Strong analytical skills; ability to identify key insights and develop tangible action plans,
Strong problem solving and business/commercial skills,
Consumer knowledge and understanding of consumer trends and competitive environment,
