We are seeking an English-Speaking Customer Service Manager to fill a key role at the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones and assisting with client retention, ensuring the highest level of customer service is given. 

Job Description:

Develop an excellent understanding of our products and services to assist with clients' incoming phone and email inquiries. Assist our team with daily client follow-ups both via phone and email, providing the highest level of attention and assurance to close the sale. Working closely with our CRM system to ensure no client slips through the cracks. Assisting clients on the website chat. Interacting with customers via email, phone, and the internet to directly address the customer’s project needs and issues. Assessing the situation and determining an appropriate and suitable course of action. Assisting team members by ensuring accurate communication when customers call in. Ensuring that all client information in the CRM System is precise and the CRM is being used to the best of its ability. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-Fluent and professional knowledge of spoken and written English is required as you will be our first point of contact when clients contact us. 

-Excellent computer skills, ability to enter data and customer notes in our CRM system so clients can be contacted in real-time. All communication with our team will be via computer. 

-Excelllent communication skills are an important factor to ensure information is communicated to the rest of the team in a timely manner. Most of our team is remote so clear and timely communication is crucial to effectively ensure that the business runs to the best of its ability given the circumstances. 

-Ability to work well in a team. Our team is small and more like a family. The abillity to get along well with people, with a postitive can-do attitude is critical. 

-Ability to multi-task and stay organized. The day moves at a fast pace. We need a team member who is extremely organized and has the ability to handle multiple assignments at once while seeing them through. 

-A self-starter is key. Being able to prioritize tasks without being told is an important character trait of the successful candidate. 

-Attention to detail. Mistakes add up and the first appearance is everything. The successful candidate takes the time to read her communication before sending, making sure to correct any errors in spelling and grammar and always speaks with a warm smile. 

-Strong Internet Connection due to remote nature of position. You will be working from home. 

-College degree.
