Job Description
ISG has been appointed by Galatasaray SK to manage the sales and marketing programme for the corporate boxes and premium seating at the new Türk Telekom Arena.
ISG, a joint venture between one of the world’s leading media, sports and entertainment companies IMG and Bastion, is the market leader in the management of sales and marketing programmes for premium facilities (corporate boxes and premium seats) at new stadia.
To directly assist the Project Director- ISG Turkey, the Department Assistant will be responsiple for;
• Assisting with preparation of presentations and business documents
• Supporting Marketing Department in case of any needs
• Making travel arrangements
• Answering the calls
• Setting up a general filing system for the office
• Managing the company HR records of the team (including sick leave, annual leave)
• Managing some financial records
• Managing the rota and monitor the use of the Company pool cars
• Making arrangements for client lunches / meetings
• Making arrangements for important internal meetings
• Assisting the Marketing Executive with event preparations (including, guest lists, RSVP)
• Ordering stationary when required and keep record of stock levels

• University graduate,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Good command on Ms Office
• Creative problem solver,
• Team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment.
