Electronic Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Representative/Engineer for our growing team. Main responsibility of the candidate will be to increase the market share of the company.

We are the distributor of a leading electronic design software with a large portfolio of clients across various industrial sectors in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and executing sales strategy.
• Manage, develop, maintain and communicate sales plans for each account.
• Managing prospects and clients relationships with enterprise customers
• Identifying needs and sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
• Acting as a point of escalation and resolutions for unresolved client issues.

• Ability to work in team
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated personality and accustomed to work with deadlines,
• Very strong negotiation skills with a result oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
• Strong knowledge about industry and manufacturing sectors, product development and production environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM Tools
• Empathy and ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English,
• University degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics,
• Proven sales success of selling services/solutions/consulting,
• Military Service should be completed for male candidates.
