Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant will support the executives in their daily business by releasing them from administrative work to enable the focus on the core  business. Therefore, he/she will provide Schedule and meeting management, maintain calendars, arrange travel it in eraries, monitor and processe mails, process expenses, prepare supporting documents for meetings such as Power Point presentations as well as coordinate and actively collaborate with other departments. He/she will conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives. Further more, He/she will organize meetings, workshops, telephone and video conferences.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is highly required,
• 2+ years experience supporting at the executive level preferably in an international company,
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills,
• Fluent written and spoken English,
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to details,
• Well developed interpersonal skills: ability to inter act with wide range of individuals at all levels and establish good relation ships,
• Able to handle multiple tasks with efficient, accurate and initiative working methods and reprioritise tasks continually with an effective follow-up,
• Able to adapt to new situations and work independently with little or no supervision,
• Able to handle high-level confidential information,
• Proactive, extrovert, flexible and open-minded personality with high team spiritanden joys challenge,
• Able to work in flexible working hours,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
