Executive Housekeeper

Directs housekeeping program for the hotel having integrated public area restaurant, bar and banquet as well as laundry facilities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and attractiveness.
Establishes standards and procedures to maintain hotel and public areas at luxury level and incorporates changes in the manuals.
Plans work assignments and scheduling
Expends funds for payroll and operating items within the established budget.
Prepares departmental annual budget.
Evaluates premises’ current physical condition.
Recommends needed repairs and refurbishing.
Purchases operational supplies as linens, amenities, cleaning supplies.
Ensures colleague receives all required training.
Selects, motivates, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels colleagues

At least 5 years practical experience in similar position for a luxury property.
Excellent communication skills both in Turkish & English

Prior experience in a renovation or pre-opening luxury hotel environment.
