FOREIGN TRADE SALES and OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

• Handling all the communication with customers and suppliers within and outside Turkey
• Preparing and following up of the commercial documentations
• Handling all stages and procedures from order proposals to finalizing the orders
• Following up daily operational routines 
• Assisting GM/Trade Manager for trading contracts

University Graduate – 4 years - (with preferably degree from Metallurgical Engineering, Economy, International Relations, Business Administration, Import – Export or related fields)

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Good command of MS Office programs

Self-disciplined individual with strong analytical skills, Ready to take initiative and Self-drive to achive, Good planning and organizational skills with ability to focus on different subjects and maintain an effective follow up, Strong communication and problem solving skills, Attention to details and Good documentation, Result oriented personality

Resident in Anatolian side

Have long term targets in foreign trade sector

Younger than 30 years old

Good command of foreign trade applications, Knowledge and experience in commercial writings and foreign trade documents. Can follow up the documents and job’s flow and preferably have min. 2 year operations experience in a foreign trade company.
