Group Sales Manager

Coordinationg B2b and sales field teams to realize execution standarts signed in agreements
Develop and manage new sales in his/her area by searching for potential clients and travel to visit them,
Ensuring realization of sales targets in related markets,Establish long-term relationships with clients by persuading that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery in both local and international market
Manage the sales team (local-international and field) and assign the key performance indicators regularly 
Preparing the annual marketing strategies and plans, Coordination and optimum integration of International brand strategies, launches and campaigns into Turkish Market,
Develop customer-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key customer retention and development, and high performance
Provide extensive after sales support to customers in coordination with manufacturing department
Establish a mechanism to measure the customer satisfaction and report to  General Manager
To train, coach and supervise whole sales team
To reach the annual, monthly sales goals
Monitor and record the whole process of the project, manage and interpret customer requirements, if needed offer after-sales support service,Help in the design of custom-made products,
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met,Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly,

Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance and/or eqv.
Good at reporting and analysing the forecast data
Should have analytical thinking ability
Should have fluent English
Must have at least 10 years of experience in Sales and Sales Team Management
Furniture and Decoration experience will be a strong  asset
Well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated,High energy level and ability to work in teams,
Able to travel and work in the field when necessary
