YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS STORY
- Lead the conceptualization, ideation, and creation of innovative and user-centric product and/or experience designs that meet market demands and customer needs,
- Drive design decisions using user research, analytics, and market trends,
- Assist strategy & planning teams for translating digital strategy into action plans to deliver best in market, data driven and effective integrated digital media campaigns,
- Lead and guide the design team, ensure professional growth and top-tier performance, and oversees the delivery of the strategies and plans,
- Keep updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies,Adhering to client-specific process while building digital processes to identify areas of potential development,
- Establish and enforce design standards and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across all products and experiences,
- Ensure the digital channel approaches follow best practice set out by Specialist Leads (Search, Social, Programmatic, Direct, Partnerships), are in line with overall strategy and are deliverable and commercially viable,
- Develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
Required Skills
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERFECT YEPZ UNIVERSE-EMPLOYEE ALIGNMENT
- 10+ years of professional experience including successful UX/Innovation leadership,
- Is a strong mentor and sets the bar for the digital team,
- Ad-hoc digital innovation projects (e.g., accelerator partnerships, cross-company digital technologies, e-commerce, etc.),
- Digital activation, measurement, and performance tracking for all channels,
- Departmental project management of priorities, timelines, capabilities, and deliverables,
- Experience in managing large projects,
- Significant proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders,
- Able to build effective motivated teams and empowers individuals to be responsible for their work,
- A positive, solution-oriented work attitude,Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
- Strong understanding of design principles and guides,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- Portfolio showcasing your work and design leadership accomplishments.
