Responsible for overseeing both the service and appearance of the Fitness & Wellness areas.
Must follow all SOP’s as taught by departmental trainers or managers at all times.
To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
Continually monitor equipment usage and attendance of guests in all fitness and wellness activities and programs.
Provide professional advice, assistance and education to all guests in the fitness centre by walking the floor focusing on exercise execution, exercise safety and constant member or residents contact.
Praise, reward and encourage guests whilst they are working out where appropriate.
Promote all paid and complimentary & paid Fitness & Wellness services / classes to guests. Produce weekly schedule and liaise with all required operating departments to ensure they’re well communicated.
Perform standardised fitness evaluations and personal training programs based upon systematic and scientific conditioning principles to ensure safety and training efficiency in exercise prescription at all times.
Suggest & make enhancements to both as necessary.
Conduct in villa/suite private fitness services (on the terrace) in up-most professional manner and to adhere and follow fitness services menu.
Oversee the operation of this with all instructors.
Perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Director of Spa & Wellness.
