Job Description:

To prepare internal H&S audit plan and ensure that internal audits are done according to the plan
To inspect on the jobsites and analyze the H&S risks
To prepare risk analysis reports together with the technical teams,
To report Project managers about the insufficient points of jobsites in terms of H&S&Enviromental topic
Organize and conduct QMS (quality management system) activities (internal and external audits)
Develop and deploy HSE policies, procedures and regulations in line with local legal and company corporate requirements
Take role in new suppliers evaluations
Detect non-conformaties, prepare NCR(nonconformance) reports and follow supplier action plans for continous improvement

General Qualifications:

Graduated from related Engineering faculties ,
Minimum 3-4 year of experience in a similar position
Experience in engineering/automative, railway manufacturing for large-scale international projects will be an asset
Good level of knowledge in HSE laws and regulations
Health and Safety experience with a B level certification is required
Good command of English both written and oral
No military obligation for male candidates
Able to travel in Turkey & abroad
Able to work in Sincan Industrial Organised Zone
Should have driving licence
No more than 40 year old
Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business
