Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for one of our multinational clients in Service sector. 

The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs & practices. 

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions 

Is a member of the Management Team

Actively takes part in recruitment, counseling, change management, training. 

Plans & monitors employee work results & performance management. 

Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies & procedures. 

Is responsible for Performance Management, Recruitment, Personal Development, Career Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Internal Communication, Training, Employee Engagement, Remuneration Management. 

The ideal candidate will have

• High level of analytical skills, communication skills
• Competency in planning, strategical thinking, organizational awareness. 
• Experience in hiring, human resources management, compensation and benefits, performance management, internal communication, employee engagement, communication processes, wage structure, employment law. 
• University graduate 
• Minimum 5 years of experience, management experience is an asset 
• High level of English & MS Office applications
