BARCELO HOTEL GROUP TÜRKİYE olarak, Nevşehir'de bulunan oyelimizde görevlendirilmek üzere, İnsan Kaynakları Şefi arayışımız bulunmaktadır.
Görevler:
- İnsan kaynakları stratejilerinin geliştirilmesi ve uygulanması
- İşe alım, eğitim ve geliştirme, performans değerlendirme, ücret ve yan haklar yönetimi süreçlerinin yönetilmesi
- İnsan kaynakları politika ve prosedürlerinin güncellenmesi
- İnsan kaynakları raporlarının hazırlanması ve analiz edilmesi
- İş kanunu ve diğer yasal düzenlemeler konusunda güncel bilgi sahibi olmak ve bu konuda yönetimi bilgilendirmek
- Uçtan uca İnsan Kaynakları süreçlerinden sorumlu olacak

- Uçtan uca İnsan Kaynakları süreçlerinden sorumlu olacak
Aranan Nitelikler
- Üniversitelerin İşletme, İktisat, İnsan Kaynakları veya ilgili bölümlerinden mezun
- İnsan Kaynakları alanında en az 5 yıl deneyimli
- MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilen
- İletişim yeteneği güçlü, analitik düşünme becerisine sahip
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, liderlik becerileri gelişmiş
- Yoğun iş temposuna ayak uydurabilecek
