Java Team Lead

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS STORY

• Lead, mentor, and foster the growth of team members. Ensure their alignment with organizational objectives,
• Strategically plan and assign tasks. Handle requirement analysis, offer high-level design estimates, and pinpoint potential risks along with mitigation strategies,
• Regularly review pull requests, ensuring code quality through standardized practices. Emphasize unit testing using automated frameworks,
• Drive the development of high-quality designs. Uphold and promote coding standards to guarantee software quality,
• Act as a bridge between team members, addressing feedback and resolving conflicts. Encourage a culture of open communication and team cohesion,
• Identify and address team's training needs, provide coaching when necessary, and remain updated on industry best practices.

• Minimum 6 years in a relevant field, with at least 1 year as a Development Team Lead,
• Comprehensive understanding of the J2EE architecture,
• Proficient in J2EE, Spring Framework, JPA, and React,
• Skilled problem solver with a firm grasp on SOLID, Data structures, algorithms, and design patterns,
• Experience with microservices: from development to deployment,
• Proficient in relational and non relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB,
• Ability to produce necessary technical documentation,
• Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting,
• Familiarity with Java Server Apps and both RESTful & SOAP Web Services development,
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and time-management abilities.
