Laundry Manager

To manage cleaning and set up laundry and storage rooms for opening
Views all unit types in building and understand linens in building
Understands how everything operates in laundry room ie.
Washer, dryer, folding linen,press,chemicals.etc.
Makes monthly discard linen report
Manages and participates linens inventory on for rooms spa,f&b,public areas
Manages any other reasonable request as made by the Executive Housekeeper
Manages of distributing all linen and maintaining any linen supplies to the pantries
Ensures high level of guest service is maintained at all times
Assists guests with all questions and reasonable requests
Manages how to clean, dry and fold F&B, Spa and other public area linens.
To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel’s Employee rules & regulations
To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately
To wear the correct uniform and name tag at all times

At least 5 years practical experience in similar position for a luxury property
Adheres to, supports and carries out the strategic Company’s vision and values
Displays high commitment to improving customer services

Ability to motivate team and build morale
Ability to anticipate and assess issues, risks and opportunities and develop new approaches
