Understands how everything operates in laundry room ie.
Washer, dryer, folding linen,press,chemicals.etc.
Makes monthly discard linen report
Manages and participates linens inventory on for rooms spa,f&b,public areas
Manages any other reasonable request as made by the Executive Housekeeper
Manages of distributing all linen and maintaining any linen supplies to the pantries
Ensures high level of guest service is maintained at all times
Assists guests with all questions and reasonable requests
Manages how to clean, dry and fold F&B, Spa and other public area linens.
