İş Tanımı

Execute cross-departmental process optimization projects, provide required tools/methods for the analysis of complex problems, development of optimum solutions, definition and implementation of target processes in cooperation with involved departments
Coordinate and support Lean and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities within administrative areas to increase efficiency and to boost Lean culture at MBTürk
Coach the Lean Experts and provide them necessary know-how to support cultural change
Track and monitor effectiveness and sustainability of implemented standard measures (KPI’s)
Coordinate all training activities and other measures to improve the qualification of organization related to Lean

Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Management Engineering
Work experience in process optimization projects (preferably as a business consultant)
Comprehensive knowledge of Lean principles and their implementation
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to deal with complex problems and find a win-win solution
Strong interpersonal skills, effective teamwork ability, willing to lead and take initiative
Fluency in written & spoken English (German knowledge is an additional asset)
MBA from a leading school is a plus
