İş Tanımı
- Develop statistical models to forecast and predict response rate and sales that will improve efficiency of marketing programs
- Analyze marketing and sales data
- Analyze results of marketing programs to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing/sales and financial outcomes to optimize pricing strategy and increase profitability
- Support Marketing and Sales teams with deep customer insights including forecasting
- Help develop a set of standard customer metrics and build a marketing dashboard that visualizes key performance indicators and serves as a tool to identify strategic trends and actionable customer insights based on a clear understanding of business objectives – prospects, leads, acquisition, retention, purchase frequency, cross-shopping, profitability
- Support customer segmentation efforts with analysis for targeting and messaging to our customer
- Conduct analysis on customer lifetime values, CPA and CPL
- Perform ROI analysis on contact strategies
Aranan Nitelikler
- BA/BS degree, in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related fields
- More than 3 years of work experience in Database Marketing and Analytics or related discipline
- Extensive experience in data analysis
- Expert skills in building statistical/mathematical models
- Expert skills in manipulating large dataset
- Strong data interpretation and communication skills; ability to summarize complex findings clearly and concisely
- Ability to partner with external and internal groups to provide marketing team with comprehensive and thorough customer analysis to inform business strategies
- Attention to detail and commitment to absolute accuracy and delivery of high quality work
- Highly flexible and adapts well to a rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication skills
