- Greet and check guests in upon arrival and provide them with relevant hotel information
- Audit and balance reports from the day shifts
- Verify that all end-of-day tasks have been completed by other departments
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
- Run end-of-day reports before the close of the shift
- Prepare guest invoices for next-day checkouts
- Process and verify reservation payments
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile with receipts
- Supervise and manage hotel safe, ensuring the safety of guests
- Up-selling guest rooms and promoting hotel features and services

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Turkish
- Neat, professional appearance
- Friendly, helpful attitude towards guests and other staff members
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of Fidelio V8 is an advantage
- Experience in night operation of the front office and the hotel
