Job Description

What will I be doing?

An On Call Human Resources Clerk provides the Human Resources Team with administrative support, including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements, internal customer service and other general office duties. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Maintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting
  • Answer telephone calls and connect them to their appropriate extensions
  • Maintain filing system in accordance with the Record Retention policy
  • Prepare special reports or projects, as requested
  • Have the knowledge of and compliance with local labor law and procedures
  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, team members and guests
  • Assist in the organization of Team Member social events
  • Promote and endorse staff benefits
  • Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Ensure accurate information is fed into the bespoke HR system
  • Assist with employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential mannerHelp achieve departmental goals
  • Other duties as assigned by management
