What will I be doing?
An On Call Human Resources Clerk assists Human Resources for all Team Member related activities. These activities include recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and other team-based activities. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Maintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting

These activities include recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and other team-based activities. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Maintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting
- Maintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting
- Answer telephone calls and connect them to their appropriate extensions
- Maintain filing system in accordance with the Record Retention policy
- Prepare special reports or projects, as requested
- Have the knowledge of and compliance with local labor law and procedures
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, team members and guests
- Assist in the organization of Team Member social events
- Support Human Resources activities, including onboarding, work experience program, careers fairs, training materials, and Team Member surveys
- Promote and endorse staff benefits
- Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion
- Ensure accurate information is fed into the bespoke HR system
- Assist with employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner
- Help achieve departmental goalsOther duties as assigned by management
- This position is covered by two hotels, working in both HR offices in HbH Kayaşehir & HbH Zeytinburnu
