Online Sales Executive As one of the world's leading hotel chains, Barceló Hotel Group continues to expand its digital sales channels while delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a results-driven, analytical, and highly motivated professional to join our growing Online Sales team in Türkiye.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of OTA, B2B, and direct sales channels.
• Ensure the accuracy of content, pricing, and inventory across Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, WebBeds, and other online distribution channels.
• Monitor and report online sales performance on a regular basis.
• Implement campaigns, promotions, and special offers across relevant platforms.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Sales teams to maximize business performance.
• Analyze channel performance and develop revenue-generating initiatives.
• Support the growth and development of direct booking channels.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in Online Sales, E-Commerce, or Distribution within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Booking.com Extranet, Expedia Partner Central, and similar OTA platforms.
• Familiarity with Channel Manager systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with PMS systems.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools.
• Previous experience in an international or chain hotel environment.
