- Provides client services, including resolving client inquiries and problems
- Regularly initiate telephone contact with client decision makers (coordinated with client managers and/ overseas associates)
- Work with the service team or other pooling offices to resolve client issues when necessary
- Assist the producer/Client Advocate in the production of new business through networking, prospecting and communicating with current clients

- Having a good knowledge of most of the MS Office tools (Word, XL, including pivot tables)

- Excellent command of written and spoken english
