ORDER MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

• Entering Sales Order to system on-time and review and following them up in accordance with related departments
• Responsible for Customer Data Registration & Modification
• Preventing & reducing order cancellations
• Entering Credit and Debit Notes entry on time, regarding Sales Programs and price differences
• Providing and correcting on-time Price entrance
• Filing contracts & related hardcopy forms

• University degree with relevant educational background
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Computer literate, hands on experience on MS Office programs
• Military obligation must be completed for male candidates
