Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position, preferably in luxury hotel/restaurant environment

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the local Turkish language

Highly self-motivated and able to motivate others

Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner

Have an in-depth knowledge of beverages and wine

Must have excellent attention to details, and extensive service knowledge

Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications

Ability to recognize customers and remember their preferences

Desire to understand and research competition

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or other related field

To ensure that the goods receiving area and dry store are clean and tidy at all times
To hold and return fridges temperature controls and recording are correct.
To receive and to record all deliveries in the log book.
To record all delivery times and enforce agreed times of all suppliers.
To ensure that all non-food goods are recorded in the receiving book and signature with name must be acquired on collection and the receiving book filled in
To ensure all fridges are maintained in a clean and safe fashion
To place orders through the correct ordering and receiving system and liaising with the Chefs and Director of Procurement and relevant purchasing colleagues.
To ensure all storage of all food and beverage items is stored safely and correctly.
To ensure all storage of all non-food and beverage items are stored safely and correctly and adhering to any chemical storage legislation
To ensure all dry stores orders are prepared promptly before collection.
To ensure all food deliveries (vegetable, meat, poultry, fish and dry store) are decanted in the correct containers, label and sent to the correct kitchens or outlets.
To ensure the loading bay area is kept clean and tidy at all times to include that all buggies, trolleys cages & boxes are stored correctly and safely
To record, store and maintain all safe and sound records
To ensure that the quantity and quality of the materials or goods received are in accordance with the required specification stated on the Purchase Order.
After checking of goods by the receiving assistant, all invoices or delivery notes must be signed and to show that the goods have been checked and accepted.

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
Fluent in Turkish and English.

Prior Hotel experience would be an advantage

Ensure that restaurant team have good knowledge of wine and food
Control on a daily basis the proper storage, aging rotation, and temperature of all stock in beverage storeroom and report any problems and malfunctions
Ensures all beverage equipment and wine lists are clean and updated with correct vintage and out of stock items
Checks and monitors the service bar operations (Main service bar and restaurant bar).

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

To assist in the smooth flow of the guests journey throughout the day
Will be expected to aid therapists in setting up for treatments and clearing away after
Will be expected to ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen at all times and remove soiled linen
Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Director.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel.

Supervise all water sports activities in the resort both insourced (paddle boarding, Hobby cats, surfing, canoes, beach games) and outsourced (Jet ski, diving, Sea bobs)
Arrange boat charter services, picnic arrangements, tours and return experience and booking of all water sports activities
Supervise the beach services provided by Beach Guest Experience Agents to ensure a beachside quality experience
Maintaining beach arrangements and daily pristine presence for guest
Coordinate all guest requests with the designated vendors
Maintain updated resource material on all vendors and information to accommodate guest request
Supervise the daily activities with the team based on reservations and other operational needs
Ensure that accident/incident investigations are completed and recorded accurately according to Safe & Sound policy.
Create new activities and work on a development plan to enhance the guest experience of existing activities for Young Fans and adults
Secure bookings, scheduling, itineraries – full administration duties for all recreation activities and programs.
Supervise and support Beach Guest Experineces to ensure seamless communication of guests needs/requests are handled in an efficient way.
