Implement hotels key control program.
Responsible for the fire life safety policies and procedures as legislated by local rules and regulations.
Carry out risk assessments in the workplace for the Security Department and support Department Heads in completing their own assessments.

Arrange boat charter services, picnic arrangements, tours and return experience and booking of all water sports activities
Supervise the beach services provided by Beach Guest Experience Agents to ensure a beachside quality experience
Maintaining beach arrangements and daily pristine presence for guest
Coordinate all guest requests with the designated vendors
Maintain updated resource material on all vendors and information to accommodate guest request
Supervise the daily activities with the team based on reservations and other operational needs
Ensure that accident/incident investigations are completed and recorded accurately according to Safe & Sound policy.
Create new activities and work on a development plan to enhance the guest experience of existing activities for Young Fans and adults
Secure bookings, scheduling, itineraries – full administration duties for all recreation activities and programs.
Supervise and support Beach Guest Experineces to ensure seamless communication of guests needs/requests are handled in an efficient way.
Fluent in Turkish and English.
Additional languages would be beneficial
