As Consus Industrial, we are looking for an energetic Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. This role will play a critical role in managing and executing the company's purchasing strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Converting requests opened through the system into purchase orders, tracking all operations until the purchased materials are accepted into stock and the services are accepted into application,
• To follow the shipments of the orders, to notify the transportation companies about the shipments and to ensure coordination between the supplier companies and the transportation companies, to follow the route of the materials,
• Providing, controlling, and tracking transportation, bank, insurance, and customs documents regarding imports,
• Carrying out customs and foreign trade operations in contact with the customs clearance company or customs personnel,
• Carrying out the supply process of all product and service needs at the specified time, in the desired quality and at affordable cost, in line with purchasing strategies,
• Ensuring supplier negotiations and coordination of purchasing processes.
• To make the necessary organization for the timely withdrawal of materials from customs,
• Support system development activities in all purchasing processes.
• Continuous monitoring of the changes in the markets and informing the senior management,
• Providing documentation, system entries and follow-up required by company procedures.
• Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the manager related to the work area.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant degrees from universities,
• Preferably with experience in multiple industries like Chemicals/Dye/Paint/Automotive / Plastics /Textile/  Manufacturing,
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience @ Procurement /Supply Planning /Supply Chain, and/or Supply operations is highly preferable,
• Experienced in foreign trade, import and customs processes,
• Experienced in direct & indirect purchasing, Ability to meet the requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities,
• Negotiation skills and result oriented,
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills and ability to interact with people at all levels,
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis,
• Has effective time management skills,
• Has the ability for systematic working; to balance multiple tasks and projects,
• Proficiency in English, Working knowledge of MS Office programs & Preferred knowledge SAP MM module
• Military service completed for male candidates.
