Job Description

As Project Manager you will have overall responsibility for managing Network Rollout Customer Projects and delivering a result according to what is committed in the Project Specification. The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, execution and conclusion of a project assignment that are in line with the objectives of the company. Secure that the customers expectations are fulfilled with high satisfaction.

Major areas of RESPONSIBILITY are as follows:
- Manage all project activities during the project establishment, execution and conclusion phases
- Work with the customer to identify business requirements and translate them into plans that will lead to acceptance of end results
- Be responsible for delivering the solution to the satisfaction of the customer
- Meet business objectives, in terms of revenue and profit objectives
- Formulate partnerships between customer, suppliers and Ericsson to enable future business growth and channel add-on sales opportunities
- Interface/interact with core 3 team
- Manage the initiation, planning, execution, control, handover / conclusion phases of NRO customer projects, in accordance with contractual time, cost and quality requirements
- Work cooperatively with all stakeholders, KAM, Solution & Sales Support, Line organizations in order to deliver timely / quality services & solutions to our customers

Required Skills

A suitable candidate should have the following DEGREE:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer, Electric/Electronics and/or Telecommunications Engineering

A suitable candidate should possess some of the following KNOWLEDGE:
- Telecommunications Knowledge i.e. telephony principles, transmission (SDH/ Fiber Optics/ IP Networks) and radio network, GSM/UMTS System Principle etc.
- SAP R3
- PMP certification from PMI is required.

A suitable candidate should possess the following COMPETENCIES:
- Superior consultative skills
- Excellent planning and coordinating skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Works well under pressure and strict deadlines
- Effective problem solving skills
- Deep understanding of sales processes and tools
- Completed military service
- Fluent in English & Turkish
- Domestic and international travel required. Must be available for extended trips/visits to customer sites and irregular working hours/night shift

Expected EXPERIENCE:
- 5 to 8 years experience in Telecommunication Industry which at least 3 years of project management experience
