Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or combination of product management, Leading project / product management teams for at least 2 years,
- Knowledge about software development life cycle,
- Ability to influence stakeholders (customers, technical lead, development team and other third parties)
- Experienced in agile product development technics and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban),
- Good understanding and coordinating product strategy, release timelines and product quality,
- Have strong organizational skills like ability to time management, resource planning,
- Experienced in following customer needs, market dynamics and developments in domestic and foreign competition, to identify new product and product improvement needs,
- Strong skills about observing, learning about and analyzing customers and end-users needs to the product.

- Knowledge of how to create project budget and manage project budget effectively,
- Capability to working cooperatively in a high-performing team and following up the whole process,
- Experienced in team management, team coordination, making assignment,
- Experienced in ensuring the flow of information between developers and customers,
- Advanced communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills,
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills,
- Experienced on (or desire to learn) project management tools,
- Fluency in English.
