PROJECT SUPERVISOR

• Project Executive will work under supervision of Group Account Manager. His/her duty is to complete the tasks that he/she assigned for on desired time and quality. Project executive will responsible for all tasks after the order confirmation till delivery. He/she will directly report the Group Account Manager.
• To gather the product specific matters and release this information to production,
• To follow-up production stages of the purchase order,
• Archiving the related documents of each purchase order,
• To prepare a report that contain next week’s shipment status and publish it to related departments ,
• To arrange necessary information for each shipment to logistics department,
• Able to communicate with international clients both written and spoken,
• Able to manage and coordinate the installation teams both abroad and domestic,
• To prepare timely report to the Group Account Manager,

Qualifications:
• University degree, preferably in engineering, architecture,
• Knowledge on project management methodology is an asset,
• Preferably 2 year’s general knowledge on metal/wood production techniques,
• Preferably 2 years experience on sign or retail marketing business,
• Analytical mind coupled with interpersonal skills,
• Ability on working under pressure with strict deadlines,
• Attentive to details, result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills,
• Self-motivated and independent working capabilities,
• Client-oriented and flexible communication skills,
• Ability to adapt flexible working hours,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of Ms Office Application,
• No travel restrictions,
• Driving license (category B) is a must,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
