İş Tanımı
- Responsible for administrative tasks of all Purchasing & General Administration departments and all related business areas.
- Provide operational support to Purchasing & General Administration departments
- Archive all hard & soft copy documents (invoices, contracts, order letters,offers,catalogues).
- Support Purchasing Department on:
- supplier issues (collects supplier's signature circulars, anticorruption documents, confidentiality agreements, etc.)
- business partnering documents e.g periodically tracking for SOP read& understood document updates, relationship list trackings
- Support General General Administration Department for:
- telecommunication issues (including monthly opening & closing lines, documentation)
- global security department announcements
- global Environmental Health & Safety reportings and Occupational Health & Safety issues (archieving and operational follow-up)
- ERP issues
- Regularly updating information related to General Administration & Purchasing Departments in Intranet.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelors degree from Business Administration, Economics or similar fields
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Overall understanding of Accounting is preferred
- Familiar with ERP System
- Good command of English
- Strong planning, organization and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and working
