Job Description

• Handling Check-in and check-out processes according to set procedures,
• Make sure that all necessery documents are complete and archive them,
• Enter guest records to the system within the standarts and keeping guest confidentiality,
• Keep track of the hotel occupancy and make sure that all reservations are done properly,
• Handling guest request and complaints while keeping our guests satisfaction at a high level.

• Preferebly a degree from a related field,
• Proficient computer skills,
• Fluency in English,Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Guest satisfaction oriented,High coordination and organization skills,
• Great problem solving skills,Able to work with shifts, including the night shift.
