To co-ordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems
To maintain all O&M manuals, documentation and associated literature, keeping all fully up to date and accessible
To develop unit alteration procedures and ensure that all alterations abide by the rules and regulations set down in their terms of lease/deed and associated technical restrictions
To implement a comprehensive maintenance and inspection program so as to maintain, enhance and extend the life cycle of all Management Companies equipment.
To guarantee the health and safety of the Residents and staff, residents, colleagues and visitors by ensuring that Fire Life Safety systems are at their optimal conditions, implementing and enforcing the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Fire Health Life Safety and Security Guidelines and all relevant statutory codes and regulations
To liaise with the Tenants and Residents on a regular basis ensuring that all their engineering needs are met, whether as part of the service charge or separately funded.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal in English and Turkish
Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation
Quality driven with a passion for excellence with high energy
Must possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
