To ensure that the Fire Life Health Safety and Security company standards and HACCP Standards are maintained and carried out. They must be monitored regularly to assist in scoring 100% on the MOHG health and safety audit.
Demonstrates security conscious behaviours in respect of guests, colleagues and hotel property / welfare and reports suspicious circumstances to the Manager Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests
To ensure that reservations are handled in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests courteously and efficiently
Set up tables as per the standard To collect and update Guests’ database Assist in training
To organize the menus for each service and ensure they are cleaned and in good condition, check menus stock level
To present menus and wine lists and also assist in service during meal period.
Collect daily newspaper and set up accordingly Administrative duties including daily report, competition check, ordering of office supplies Communicate with Kitchen for any guests’ special request and dietary requirements
To wish each and every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming
To fully inform and aware about all information connecting to Food and Beverage venues and Mandarin Oriental Bodrum generally
To have role of good Brand ambassador.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Turkish languages.
Demonstrates a high standard of verbal communication, social skills and up-selling skills.
Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment.
Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Ability to set up and maintain food and beverage items in accordance with MOHG standards and HACCP, to ensure guest satisfaction.
