Coordinate and arrange all operational details pertaining to security and safety in connection with VIP visits.
Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures for the department and operational departments of the hotel.

Ensure all documentation following incidents is completed and followed up.
Implement hotels key control program.Responsible for the fire life safety policies and procedures as legislated by local rules and regulations.
Carry out risk assessments in the workplace for the Security Department and support Department Heads in completing their own assessments.
