Our company is multinational company in automation sector. GEFRAN is one of the biggest producers within 1000 employers, 8 factories, 16 branch offices and several distributor in Italy.
We produce AC-DC-Servo drives, HMI&PLC, Sensors, Power & Controls products.
We built new branch company in Turkey at end of 2013 and we want to grow in Turkish market with expert team for the future.
Position : Sales Engineer in Automation
Sales Engineer in SENSOR Business Unit.
NOTE: The knowledge of English is so much important.
Place: Istanbul Europe side
Key Activities :
- Development of new accounts (to find new OEMs-Machine Builders-, End Users- Factories-, System Partners and also Distributors) to increase market share
- To have got experiment in SENSOR business (Potantioametre, loadcell, pressure sensors, melt sensors...)
- Increase awareness, interest and preference for their product portfolio at existing and new customers and with decision makers
- Present information about new products and decision makers
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing programs
- Maximise target penetration, geographic coverage and financial returns by measuring sales partners performance
- Provide general technical advice
- Be responsible for the individual sales area performance compared with the agreed sales targets
- Keep records and compile reports on all phases of activities regarding customer interaction
- Manage budgets and sales forecasts
- Provide weekly feedback and maintaining ongoing opportunities on CRM
- Keep current on competitor activities

Technical Competencies
- Conducting a commercial negotiation and preparing the commercial offer
- Experienced in promotion and sales activity
- Enough knowledge of the product from a technical standpoint and its application (preferred knowledge of Sensor (Potantiometre, pressure sensors, load cell as a core busineess) and also,Drive Component for Automation products) to be able to sell to market.
- Ability to build good commercial relation with different kind of customers (small, medium, large accounts).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,CRM (Could be plus)
