For their expansion, they are looking for their existing Turkish market who can develop business and also has self-motivated and hands on personalities to be a Sales Manager - Istanbul.
In this role your
Tasks:
- Creating and executing sales plans
- Networking, contacting and acquiring new customers, customer care
- Offer preparation and negotiations
Job Duties:
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and resultsEstablish sales objectives and developing annual sales for whole Turkey
- Implementing field sales action plans
- Screening market, (products, pricing, supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors)
- Following up
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort

- You have a ready network in the event and tourism sector
- You are able to work independentlyYou are willing to work flexible hours and time-frame (weekends, long days etc)
- You build and execute a marketing and sales plan
- You bring a university degree or equivalent experience with a good and proven track record
- You are fluent in EnglishYou report to international managers
You are further meeting your sales goals, be a good negotiator, be alert to customer needs, and can plan sales and activities, you are a relationships builder, and can manage processes, you bring market knowledge, developing budgets and be self-motivated like an entrepreneur.
The offer:Our client is open to compensate the right candidate with a fix salary and clear bonus schema, a company car or compensation and provides necessary tools. In this role you report directly to the international HQ and related people. As this a typical fast moving company with high potantial, you will find a flat hierarchies and direct, easy and open communication.
