Fuar, kongre ve tüm etkinlik takvimlerini takip etmek, katılmak ve bu tür organizasyonlar için proaktif satış stratejileri oluşturmak,
Gelir hedeflerine ulaşılmasını sağlamak için bir eylem planı geliştirmek,Aylık P&L raporlarının analiz edilmesi ve gerekli aksiyonların alınması,
Maksimum iş birliği, verimlilik ve üst düzey misafir hizmeti sağlamak için otelin tüm departmanları ile mükemmel koordinasyon ve iş birliğini sürdürmek,
Kişi ve şirketlere oda & restoran kiralama ile ilgili politika ve prosedürleri takip etmek,Günlük oda rezervasyonlarının ve satış rakamlarının takibi,
Aylık hedeflenen bütçe ile gerçekleşen bütçeyi analiz etmek, uyumsuzluk varsa nedenlerini araştırmak, raporlamak ve çözüm önerileri sunmak,
Fuar, kongre ve tüm etkinlik takvimlerini takip etmek, katılmak ve bu tür organizasyonlar için proaktif satış stratejileri oluşturmak,

- Ekip yönetimi konusunda deneyimli,
- Analitik düşünme ve problem çözme yetenekleri gelişmiş,
- MS Office programlarına hakim.
