Senior Front Office Agent

Senior Front Office Agent for a luxury boutique hotel with full responsibility of front office operations including auditing and controling every detail regarding front office operations.

You will be a member of our Front Office team whose main objective is to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and sustainable standards of customer service for one of the best luxury hospitality brands in Istanbul. 

The focus is on excellent communication with our guests and within our team, a welcoming, well-groomed professional and personal attitude and an obsession for detail and perfection. 

The ideal candidate will have seamless conversational skills, is able to express herself/himself clearly in both written and spoken word, in both English and Turkish, has familiarity with luxury hotel industry.

• University graduate (Tourism Industry department graduates and post-graduates are welcome)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality industry
• Familiarity with hotel operational systems and Front Office environment
• Experience in Opera PMS
• Very good command of English 
• Friendly, open, welcoming personality
• Professional, positive and attentive attitude
• Perfect grooming standards
