- Foster the growth of team members. Ensure their alignment with organizational objectives,

- Solve business problems, work cross-functionally and lead initiatives to improve our development process and business opportunities,
- Handle requirement analysis, offer high-level design estimates, and pinpoint potential risks along with mitigation strategies,
- Regularly review pull requests, ensuring code quality through standardized practices. Emphasize unit testing using automated frameworks,
- Drive the development of high-quality designs. Uphold and promote coding standards to guarantee software quality,
- You have been a part of successful technical, business and people related initiatives that improved productivity, performance, and quality,
- Be a good player, addressing feedback and resolving conflicts. Encourage a culture of open communication and team cohesion,
- Identify and address team's training needs, provide coaching when necessary, and remain updated on industry best practices.
Required Skills
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERFECT YEPZ UNIVERSE-EMPLOYEE ALIGNMENT
- Preferably a university degree in Mathematics or Software Engineering,
- Minimum 7 years in a relevant field,
- Comprehensive understanding of the J2EE architecture,Proficient in Spring Framework, JPA, and React,You have strong programming skills and experience for more than 7 years, programming on Java is a plus,
- Skilled problem solver with a firm grasp on SOLID, Data structures, algorithms, and design patterns,
- Experience with microservices: from development to deployment, and ability to develop RESTful applications,
- Proficient in relational and non-relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB,
- Ability to produce necessary technical documentation,
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting,
- Experience in CI/CD processes during SDLC phases,
- Exceptional communication, and time-management abilities.
