- Receiving requests and communication with customers
- Communication with suppliers
- Creating / organization of work tasks for service technicians
- Spare parts and devices transport agenda
- Stock agenda - issue slips, invoices, unboxing, marking, stock level, inventory check, etc.
- Service facility management

We require:
- Technical high school (electrical preferred)
- Min. written English (e-mails, technical documentation)
- Ability to organize tasks for service technicians, solve problems, manage priorities
- Customer and service oriented, communicative
- Time oriented, reliable, accurate
- Proactive, open-minded, friendly, autonomous but a team player when necessary
- Knowledge of technical equipment and its operations, knowledge of electrical parts and materials
- Ability to work with technical documentation
