Responsibilities:
• Receiving requests and communication with customers
• Communication with suppliers
• Creating / organization of work tasks for service technicians
• Spare parts and devices transport agenda
• Stock agenda - issue slips, invoices, unboxing, marking, stock level, inventory check, etc.
• Service facility management

We require:
• Technical high school (electrical preferred)
• Written and spoken English is a must
• Practical knowledge of electronics repair procedures and measurements
• Practical knowledge of electronics repair procedures and measurements
• Ability to organize tasks for service technicians, solve problems, manage priorities
• Customer and service oriented, communicative
• Time oriented, reliable, accurate
• Proactive, open-minded, friendly, autonomous but a team player when necessary
• Knowledge of technical equipment and its operations, knowledge of electrical parts and materials
• Ability to work with technical documentation
