TIBCO HIGH LEVEL DESIGN ARCHITECT

Creating and executing High Level Designs that exploit available market technologies to meet the current needs of the business and expressing complex technical subjects, their impact and relevance clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.

• Responsible and Accountable for delivering and writing a HLD based on the requirements as delivered by the business owners/analyst.
• Accountable for translating business requirement into a technical company wide solution
• Accountable for delivering of technical solution which is in line with VF-TR strategy and architecture as well as VF Global technical strategy
• Responsible RFQ’/RFPs when needed in projects
• Evaluate vendors technical capabilities against business requirements
• Proactively aligns with Vendors for future roadmaps
• Consultant role for DM/BU for technical problems and infrastructure
• Knowledge transfer to implemantation team members
• Accountable for transfering knowledge to DM team by training
• Accountable for clarifying and normalising the requirements together with the DM to execute the technical feasibility study
• Oversees relation and dependencies between multiple Vodafone services,platforms and requests
• Accountable for preparing Resource Estimation based on requirements as delivered by the BAs during feasibility stage
• Accountable to modify resource estimation at the beginning of project planning if necessary
• Support review and challenges costs estimated of the solution
• Ability to specify systems to that level that the realization of projects/components could be outsourced.
• Ability to present and explain solution designs on management level

• University degree from Engineering Departments preferably with the master degree in IS,BA or Mathematical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT or GSM (system design / development/ implementation)
• Specific knowledge of the backend telecom process and the involved systems
• Fluent English (both written and verbal)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with several levels within and outside the organization
• Male candidates must have completed their military services
