We are looking for a "Quality Manager" for their Çerkezköy plants.

• Promote a strong quality culture within the company
• Manage, maintain and develop the company's Quality Management System.
• Act as the company's QMS (Quality Management System) Representative by facilitating, motivating, and promoting the deployment of QMS requirements throughout the organization
• Develop and deploy quality initiatives ensuring success of business goals and objectives
• Routinely assess and report on the status of the overall QMS
• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints;
• Implement and maintain effective corrective/preventive action and continual improvement programs
• Provides leadership for continuous improvement and overall management of the company's Quality Management System ensuring compliance with corporate requirements.
• Coordinate the customer response to all site quality related issues from containment to root cause to corrective and preventative action.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering discipline is required
• Over 5 years of “Quality Management” experience in the production and international business environment.
• Experience in continues improvement tools as TPM, 5S, Kaizen
• Good knowledge for ISO 9000:2008 and health and safety policies
• Competencies for measurement instruments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Living or willing to live in Çerkezköy or close region
• Must have strong critical thinking ability along with analytical and problem solving skills.
