We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join for opening this 47 rooms high profile property in the central business district of Istanbul and who is passionate about bringing positive energy to the workplace on a daily basis.

Profile,

The ideal female/male candidate between 23 to 35 age is required to have university degree in hospitality or hotel management.  Minimum three (3) years of preferably International Hotel Chain or luxury hotel experience. Fluency in English and Opera system knowledge is a must and second language is an asset. Preferably residing European side and military duty should be done for male candidates.

Major Duties and Responsibilities,

• Presents a good image to the guests by appearance and smileful attitude
• Responsible from Manna Shop
• Responsible from Hot Line (Follow up all quests requests)
• Ensure that guests are greeted, checked in and allocated rooms promptly and courteously
• Keeps accurate and updated information on Opera Fidelio
• Assist guests for their requests and keep them satisfied during the entire stay
• Ensures information flow between the guests and other departments by controlling “JEENY in room assistant” service.
• Provides genuine hospitality utmost
• Provide all Concierge service
• Handles check out services
• Acts as ambassador of the hotel
• Able to work according to different shifts under pressure.
